As many kids go back to school soon, remember that success in the spring starts with hard work in the fall.

Perry Cunningham: After spending four years playing professional baseball, my path has taken me to creating an online resource to help young baseball players grow and develop. I believe that the longer a person is around organized athletics, a better foundation will be laid for the rest of their life. Success in life is found through hard work, attention to detail, accountability and team work. Athletics can play a vital role in the development of these characteristics.
